Terms and Conditions
Last updated: October 2026
1. About these terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of EFB Store, the eFootball account marketplace available at www.efbstore.com (the “platform”), owned and operated by Ganiu EFB Store. They cover the website, chat, escrow payment flow and seller tools. By creating an account, browsing, buying, selling or otherwise using the platform, you agree to these terms.
EFB Store is operated by Ganiu EFB Store as a marketplace and escrow service. Unless stated otherwise, the accounts listed for sale are sold by independent sellers, not by Ganiu EFB Store. We facilitate the listing, chat, payment and handover process — we do not own the accounts and are not the seller of record in a buyer–seller transaction.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to use EFB Store.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
- The information you provide (name, email, and for sellers, application and payout details) must be accurate and current.
- You may hold one buyer account. Selling requires a separate, approved seller application (see section 5).
- Selling hacked, phished, stolen or otherwise unlawfully obtained accounts is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of pending payouts.
3. Buying on EFB Store
All listings are priced in Nigerian naira (₦). Buyers outside Nigeria see an approximate US dollar price at a fixed display rate; the amount charged at checkout is in naira through Flutterwave, our payment processor. The naira amount shown at checkout is the amount you pay.
Every purchase runs through the escrow flow:
- You pay through Flutterwave (card, bank transfer, USSD or another supported method). EFB Store holds the payment — the seller is not paid yet.
- The seller delivers the account login details and the linked email (where included in the listing) in the deal chat.
- You verify the account, then confirm receipt in the chat or in your purchases. Only then is the seller paid, minus the platform commission.
- If something is wrong, open a dispute in the deal chat. Support joins the conversation and can refund you or release the funds based on the evidence (see the Refund Policy).
Prices agreed in chat are not binding. A price only becomes binding when a seller sends a formal offer in the chat and you accept it at checkout, or when you buy at the listed price.
4. Fees
- Buyers pay no platform fee. The price at checkout is the price you pay.
- Sellers pay a 10% commission on every completed account sale, deducted from the payout before the funds are credited to their wallet.
- eFootball Coins sales (the exclusive vendor category) carry a reduced 2% commission.
- Payouts are initiated after the buyer confirms receipt. Bank processing times after that are outside our control.
5. Selling on EFB Store
- To sell, you must submit a seller application with your legal name, country, phone number, payout details and a government-issued ID for verification. Applications are reviewed and approved or rejected at our discretion.
- Your listing descriptions — squad, coin balance, rank, platform, whether the linked email is included — must be accurate and complete. Misleading listings can be removed and are grounds for refusal of future listings.
- You must be the rightful owner of every account you list. Selling an account you do not own or control is prohibited.
- After a buyer pays, deliver the account details in the deal chat promptly. Failing to deliver after payment is grounds for the deal being cancelled and refunded, and for seller suspension.
- Once the buyer confirms receipt, the sale is final and your payout (minus the commission) is credited to your EFB Store wallet.
The verified badge (blue tick) next to a seller's name is granted by EFB Store administrators as a trust signal. It is not a guarantee of any individual transaction and may be removed at any time.
6. Conduct rules
You agree not to:
- Take deals off the platform. Payments made directly to a seller outside EFB Store escrow are not protected, and soliciting buyers to pay outside the platform is prohibited.
- Circumvent the dispute process with a bank chargeback before giving support a chance to resolve the issue.
- Harass, defraud or mislead other users, or create accounts to manipulate reviews, ratings or seller statistics.
- Use the chat to trade in anything other than eFootball accounts listed on the platform.
- Interfere with the platform's operation, scrape it at volume, or access data belonging to other users.
7. Account verification and the buyer
Buyers are responsible for verifying a purchased account before confirming receipt: log in, check the squad and coin balance against the listing, and change the password and linked email where the listing includes them. Confirming receipt tells the platform the deal is complete and releases the seller's payout — after confirmation, refunds are only granted in exceptional circumstances (see the Refund Policy).
8. Disputes
If a buyer and seller cannot resolve a deal, either side can open a dispute in the deal chat. A support agent joins the conversation, reviews the evidence (messages, images and offer history in the chat) and can recommend a refund or a release of funds. Refunds and releases go through the administrator for final approval. Evidence inside the platform chat is the primary record we rely on — another reason to keep all deal communication on the platform.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, that are linked to fraud, or that put other users at risk. Where a pending deal is affected, funds in escrow are returned to the buyer or released to the seller according to the dispute outcome. We may withhold payouts pending investigation of suspected fraud.
10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The platform is provided on an “as is” basis. While escrow protects both sides of a deal, EFB Store cannot guarantee the ongoing behaviour of a game account after handover (for example, actions taken by the game publisher, including bans or account recovery by a previous owner outside our verification reach). To the fullest extent permitted by law, EFB Store is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from transactions between buyers and sellers.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes to the platform or the law. The “last updated” date at the top of this page changes when we do. Continuing to use the platform after an update means you accept the revised terms.
